Yes, your childhood dream just came thru.  You are reading it correctly – Cookies for Breakfast!  These Cookies are Gluten Free, Low Carb, High Fiber and…..yummy.  At the same time very easy and delicious.  You can make different variations (using different fruit, I like Apples).  I do not recommend using dry fruit, it contains too much sugar.  I hope you try these.
